1. Foreign models recruitment information:

Modeling agency BYB Academy looks for foreign models for the following jobs:

Runway models:

Male: 185 centimeter-height and well-proportioned body shape.

Female: 172 centimeter-height and well-proportioned body shape.

Commercial models (for brands):

Photogenic face.

Promotional models (for commercial videos; television commercials (TVC); internal corporate films; …):

Natural-to-professional acting ability;

Having a bright smile is a plus.

2. General requirements:

Amateur-to-professional model working as a part-time or full-time job.

Currently, we are looking for foreign models. If you are professional, it will be perfect. If not, don’t worry, we also recruit amateur to semi-professional models too.

For those being fashion models as a side job, you can do whatever main jobs you want such as students, teachers or any other professions in all other time because modeling jobs just take you a very short time (about 1 – 2 days) to do.

Excellent profile or portfolio photos must meet 4 following demands:

With makeup looks if possible;

High-quality photos; having photos were taken by professional cameras is a necessity;

Easily and clearly see model faces;

Do not take group photos or photos with the crowd.

We will send your profiles or portfolios directly to our brands and clients networks so you should try to make your photos outstanding as much as possible. You must know that good-looking pictures can get you hired.

Diversity in nationalities, races, skin types, ages, genders, abilities, and styles.

You can come from all around the world with no limitations in nationalities, skin type, age, gender, abilities, and styles because our company has partnerships with numerous international companies with different beauty standards for different projects.

Moreover, BYB Academy has had extensive experience in working with foreign models from the United States, Eastern Europe, Russia, South Korea, and so forth.

Good communication in English is required.

We do not request you to speak Vietnamese but you must know how to communicate in English at least on a basic level because our staff can use English only.

It is extremely hard for us to understand you correctly and comprehensively when you speak Chinese, Korean, Russian, and other languages except for English.

3. Working locations and Salary:

Working locations: BYB Academy’s Hanoi office.

Despite the headquarter being located in Hanoi, we can move to work throughout all cities in Viet Nam, like Ho Chi Minh, Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa, et cetera. It depends on the jobs we get booked. Even though you don’t live in Hanoi, you still have a chance to submit your modeling photos to our agency.

Salary: Negotiable.

Normally, we have three salary calculation methods:

Based on working hours.

Some jobs take a short time to finish (about 2 hours), thus, we can calculate model agents’ salaries based on their working hours.

Based on working days.

For the job of taking commercial photoshoots or recording promotional videos, we can negotiate salary based on working days because sometimes, models spend the whole day working with only 2 or 3 concept looks.

Based on the number of clothes looks.

We apply this method when models are booked to take pictures with a lot of clothes looks (from 20 to 50 looks per photoshoot) in a small amount of time.
